SOCIAL

Casual Night Out
Do you want to meet other couples in GZ? Bring your partner and join us for dinner at one of Guangzhou’s fun restaurants. Pay for what you eat and drink.

Are you pregnant or have a child between 0-3 years? Have questions about breastfeeding, where to find baby items or a good doctor? Want to meet new families? Come and join us, we welcome all parents to our group!

Badminton
For beginners or the more experienced. We play every Tuesday from 9:15am -11:15am. Price: 60 rmb/month, including booking of the course and purchase of shuttlecox.

Book Club

The second Monday of each month, at 1.00pm, a group gathers at the Boomerang Bakery , 180 Huasui Rd (Entrance on Huangheng Rd, shop B105) to enjoy a lively debate on the book of the month.

Crafts

Get together with your knitting, needle-point, embroidery or other handicrafts and enjoy conversations with other similarly craft-minded ladies. We meet each Friday from 10.00am to 12noon.

GWIC can cook

GWIC Can Cook meets every second Tuesday of the month at the China Hotel, A Marriott Hotel. The cooking class starts at 10 am and finishes at 12.  We then have lunch to enjoy what was prepared during the class. The cuisine topic changes every month.  Price is approximately 165 RMB total for the class and lunch.

Cooking Club

On the third Thursday of each month, a group interested in exchanging recipes and sharing a meal go together from 12noon to 2.00pm.
